• Each subscription is valid only for the duration displayed at purchase.
• Subscriptions are linked to the registered account and cannot be transferred.
• Expired subscriptions automatically lose access unless renewed.
• Vaidehi Learning may change course availability or bundle offerings.

• Access may be restricted to a limited number of devices.
• Repeated device switching or simultaneous logins may trigger security verification or temporary suspension.
• Users shall not bypass device restrictions.

• Sharing login credentials with any other person is prohibited.
• Selling, renting or lending accounts is prohibited.
• Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified.
• Course access starts after successful payment confirmation.
• Payment gateway failures or banking delays are outside our control.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed exclusively by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Applicable taxes and gateway charges may apply.
• Delays caused by payment gateways are beyond Vaidehi Learning's control.

• All videos, PDFs, notes, graphics, logos, tests, assignments, software and branding belong exclusively to Vaidehi Learning.
• No content may be copied, modified, reproduced, sold, translated or commercially exploited.
• The Vaidehi Learning name, logo and branding may not be used without written permission.
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the content solely for personal educational purposes.

Vaidehi Learning's content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users must not copy, record, extract, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

1. The Following points Activities are strictly prohibited:

• Screen recording or screen mirroring
• Downloading videos through unauthorized means
• Recording using external devices
• Browser download extensions or OCR extraction
• AI model training or AI content extraction
• Copying thumbnails, graphics, or study materials

2. Users shall not upload or distribute platform content through:

• YouTube
• Telegram
• Google Drive
• Social media platforms
• File-sharing websites
• Any other relevant online platform, application, cloud storage service, or content sharing medium.

3. Any violation may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of account access
• Civil and criminal legal proceedings

• Live class schedules may change due to operational requirements.
• Faculty members may change without prior notice.
• Course content, notes, tests and study materials may be updated periodically.
• Recorded sessions may be provided at Vaidehi Learning's discretion.

• Users shall use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Maintain compatible devices, internet connectivity and updated software.
• Respect faculty, staff and other learners.
• Do not post abusive, offensive, illegal or misleading content.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the operation of the platform.

• Hacking, Attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering, API abuse, malware, bots, scraping, cheating, impersonation and security bypass are prohibited.
• Users shall not upload viruses or malicious code.
• Users shall not use the Services for unlawful purposes.

• Vaidehi Learning provides educational assistance only.
• We do not guarantee examination results, ranks, admissions, scholarships, placements or employment.
• Individual performance depends on personal effort and other external factors.

• The platform may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical issues or third-party outages.
• We are not liable for interruptions caused by internet providers, cloud services or force majeure events.

• Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
• By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of information described in that Policy.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, piracy, account sharing, policy violations or illegal activities.
• Upon termination, access to all purchased content may cease immediately.
• No refund will be issued where termination results from user misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patan, Gujarat.
